Miss Tall International 2017 - Lindsay May
My name is Lindsay May and I am Miss Tall International, from Vancouver British Columbia Canada.
I am a member of Vancouver BC's Sea to Sky Peaks Tall Club
We would love for you to join us at our regular Vancouver and area events, so message us on our Facebook page (above), we will verify that you meet the height requirement and we're off and running! Of course, if you're here, chances are you are someone around the world, so welcome future tall friend, I hope to see you at the next TCI convention in New York next July!
I guess technically, I'm also MIss Sea to Sky Peaks Vancovuer as well, as I had to run and win that pageant in order to compete at TCI's pageant during convention week this past year in Portland.
I'm 5'11', which means I barely made it in, but really... when you meet me and you probably won't notice (wink wink).
I originally joined this social club as a way to meet new people.. and hopefully cute tall guys. It was a success all around. I experienced the amazing feeling of being with a large group of tall people and moving together in a 'pod', while we visit pubs, monuments and other public places. I think one of my highlights was being with the Vancouver Tall Club during the Vancouver 2010 Olympics. Fun. Do we ever get attention when we go out together as a group, plus I guarantee you, none of your fellow tall club friends will say you're intimidating or god-forbid, ask your height.
So, if you are 5'10 & above for the ladies and 6'2" and above for the gents, please join us!
A bit about me, well I'm a traveling troubadour who has worked very hard to write songs and then tour them around the world. When I'm not on the road you can often find me in pubs, wineries or restaurants playing cover songs and originals. FUN!
I actually wrote an original song called 'Extra Tall Life' which is currently being mixed right now! I wanted to use my musical career and abilities to help promote Tall Clubs international. You an often see me wearing the crown and sash at shows.... yes, the sash does compete with the guitar strap, but somehow I've managed!
Here is more information about me and where to find me, I'd love for you to drop me a line and say hi. I tend to get alot of messages, so give me a day or two to respond.
