If you are sponsoring an event
and do not have a sign-in sheet, please print a copy of the appropriate
sign-in sheet by clicking on the link to the left. If you do not
have Acrobat Reader, click on their link to download it. It is free
and allows you to read and print .pdf files.
Please be sure to mail the sign-in sheets to the membership chairperson in a timely manner, especially if there are prospective members at the event. If you can't get the sign-in sheet to the membership chairperson right away, then please email the prospect information right away to the Membership Chairperson. |
