Includes one queen-sized bed, gas fireplace, balcony with full oceanfront view, snack-sized refrigerator, coffee-maker, TV, and iron and ironing board.  Small table with two chairs.  (Half of these available rooms have a vaulted ceiling.)

Includes two queen-sized beds, balcony with full oceanfront view, snack-sized refrigerator, coffee maker, TV, and iron and ironing board.  (Gas fireplace optional—some rooms have a fireplace and some do not.  Early bird registrants get the fireplaces!  Be sure to tell the clerk if you want a room with a fireplace).  Small table with two chairs.

Three-queen loft for $149 per night:  Same as a traditional 2-bed queen except that there is a loft for the third bed.  This results in a vaulted ceiling.  Only one loft has a kitchenette.  The virtual tour shows the kitchenette room, so do not assume that there is a kitchenette in your room if you ask for a loft.  Confirm at time of reservation in making your room choice if your loft is the one with the kitchenette.

DELUXE ROOMS
Deluxe Double Queens for $149 per night is same as traditional queen except it is roomier, has a sofa with hide-a-bed, and a kitchenette (no stove) with dishwasher and basic dishes/utensils and two televisions.  No spa.

Hallmark Deluxe King Spa Room (1 bed) $149 per night
Includes king-sized bed, balcony with full oceanfront view, two-person whirlpool spa, sectioned off living area, gas fireplace, iron and ironing board, and mini-kitchen containing coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, snack-sized refrigerator, sink, and table settings for four.  Small table with two chairs.
KSPA
Admiral Suite for $159 per night -- only two available:
Includes large, sectioned off living area, King-sized bed, two-person whirlpool spa, gas fireplace, fully functional sofa, full mini-kitchen with all appliances and cupboard space, and full ocean view and balcony.  These rooms have much larger floor space than the other rooms

  • 10.5% lodging tax will be added to each room night (lodging tax subject to change)
