Business
meetings are the first TUESDAY of every OTHER month. We meet at 7pm at Zebbs, on South Clinton Avenue, in
the Topps Plaza in Brighton. We value your input and encourage all
members to attend, as we plan our Club activities. Have a favorite
place you would like the Club to check out, or some activity you would like
to do with some tall friends? Come to the meeting and let us know, or
simply email me. NEXT MEETING WILL BE TUESDAY OCTOBER 7TH
----AUGUST----
Here are our upcoming events for the rest of
the month of August.
This coming Friday night, August 22, we'll
be at Castaways for drinks and dinner on Lake Ontario! Look for us
on the deck at 6:30, and plan on staying for dinner. Castaways is at
244 Lake Road in Webster.
If anyone is interested in canoeing on
Saturday afternoon, August 23, please let me know, ASAP. There is a
canoe rental location on Irondequoit Bay that driops you off in Ellison
Park, and you canoe down the lazy river to the Bay! The cost is $15
per person (2 to a canoe) and the van leaves at 3pm from Bay Creek
paddling Center, 1099 Empire Blvd. This is a great way to see a part
of the Bay you don't see from your car, and a wonderful way to wrap up a
great summer.
On Friday night, August 29, start your Labor
Day weekend at the Pittsford Pub. The Pub is on Schoen Place in the
village of Pittsford. Again, meet for drinks at 6:30, stay for
dinner, then save room for ice cream at Bill Wahl's Microcreamery and a
stroll on the canal.
RSVPs are a must for all events, and if you
are a new prospective member, let us know you're coming, so we will be
looking for you!

For those that haven't yet, or are new,
please join the group by clicking through the above link. The bigger
the group is, the more interest it will have for other tall folks in the
area. We will be doing a major email to other tall myspace users in
the next few days, and I would appreciate getting as many of you as
possible on board before I send the emails out. The more tall
members we have, the more fun we have, and the more members we get and the
more fun we have...etc...
You get the picture...as I like to say, lets
have more fun than ought to be legal!
Live tall all!

Rochester
