Arvon makes a bicycle called "Tall Rider" that has a standard 27 inch frame and 49 inch wheelbase. These are not custom made, but they are hand built and well fabricated. They also make custom frames and bikes.

Golf Clubs

PING
PING makes custom clubs to fit golfers up to 6'-9.75" tall, and even offer fitting advice on their web site. PINGS are not inexpensive, but most people feel they're worth it.

Kayaks

There are several problems with tall people and Kayaks, the biggest being the location of the foot pegs and the Sea-Spray cover. Stay away from hard or semi-hard covers as your knees will soon be black and blue. As for the foot peg problem, one solution is to get a two seater and remove the front seat. However, this may give you poor front to back weight distribution. Another solution is to use a boat without hull-mounted foot pegs like the Feathercraft K2. The seats on the K2 are fully adjustable, (height, angle, forward/back), and as the Feathercraft comes with a sea-sock, you are not limited by the length of hull mounted foot pegs.
